This is the first green tea I was able to bear with.
In college, in order to keep a steady metabolism and to detox once in a while, all I’ll drink that day is this green tea. It has a mellow taste, and is a nice introduction to green tea.
How I drink it: I don’t like hot drinks so I usually soak the tea bags in room temperature water. You can leave it in a cup for around 10 minutes, and the flavor will soak in. I use two teabags to get more flavor and caffeine. If I feel like it, I’ll put a dash of honey in it to add more of a sweet flavor.

Caffeine content: Moderate caffeine content; the release of the caffeine isn’t like coffee where it’ll hit you right away and you crash sometime afterwards. Instead, you’ll feel energized the whole day (moderately).
